We are currently looking for a CRM Account Manager to join the Global CRM Sales team.

THE TEAM
Driving sales due to the increasing number of potential opportunities generated outside the standard scope of the Creditsafe country offices, Creditsafe International has embarked upon a strategy of actively pursuing new customers and revenue.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creditsafe International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Global CRM team as a CRM Account Manager. As a CRM Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with international customers outside of the Creditsafe home countries.
Your primary objective will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, using your exceptional communication skills and in-depth product knowledge to identify and address their needs. You will work closely with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies to retain and grow customer accounts.
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Conduct virtual meetings with clients to identify and address their needs.
3. Monitor client usage of Creditsafe products and services to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
4. Work closely with the International Team to identify referral business opportunities and target potential clients.
5. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met.
The responsibilities detailed above are not exhaustive, and you may be requested to take on additional responsibilities deemed reasonable by your direct line manager.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proven experience in a CRM account management role or customer support role.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and retaining customers.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
