The Role:
As the Regional House Builder Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling commercial flooring to house builders in both the National and Regional sectors, including Social Housing, Local Authorities, and end-users. You will manage key accounts in the North of England and seek out new projects.
You will report to the National Key Account Manager while managing your own set of clients across the North of England. Your role is crucial for the development of the House Builders Sector, Local Authorities, and Social Housing Divisions. The role is Northern based, ideally for candidates living in Newcastle, Durham, Leeds, York, Bradford, Middlesborough, or surrounding areas with easy access to UK motorways.
The Ideal Person:
You will have a strong background as a Regional House Builder Sales Manager, possibly on the trajectory of your career or well-established in the route to market, ideally with an interior product background. Experience selling to National and Regional House Builders, via architects and specifications, as well as dealing with Local Authorities, Social Housing, and contractors is essential.
You will be responsible for driving forward and tendering for new business, managing accounts, and traveling throughout Northern England. As a Key Account Manager, you will work within a larger team but also independently. You should be a free thinker with a technical background and possess the core skills necessary to succeed.
