Outbound Customer Service Advisor - Direct Debits
Basic Salary: £10.97 Per Hour / £22,796.80 Per Annum - OTE £28,000
Shifts: Monday-Friday
Location: Glasgow

The Role – Outbound Customer Service Advisor - Direct Debits
We are looking for confident, resilient people with a passion for excellent customer service, a talent for upselling and great at rapport building.
1. Responsible for outbound calls setting up direct debits with existing customers
2. Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with customers
3. Ability to upsell the benefits of new products to existing customers
4. Ability to explain to customers what a direct debit is, and its benefits
5. Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems
6. Promoting company brand image positively
7. Demonstrate strong product knowledge ensure all customer queries can be answered
8. Provide a high level of customer service; being appreciative and understanding each individual’s needs.
Required Experience
1. Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in contact centre position highly desirable
2. A proven record in upselling products with existing customers
3. Strong negotiation and sales skills
4. Ability to work both as a team and as an individual
5. Ability to work towards office targets and KPI’s
6. The ability to use initiative and manage your time effectively
7. Strong self-management skills
8. Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
9. Knowledgeable on MS Office
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
