My client, a national housing developer is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to manage a new phase of an existing scheme of 160+unit, consisting of all affordable housing & apartments

The ideal candidate will have experience of running large or multi-phased schemes and production teams simultaneously whilst working within a fair build programme whilst delivering on quality within budget and on time.
Duties,
Project manager, No1, whilst reporting in to a Contract Manager or Construction Director
Responsible for multiple phases,all productions teams, sub-contractors and trades and labour
Pre-construction work for projects
Inductions & talk box talks
Material calls offs
Ensure all sub-contractors are working in line with build programmes and all work is checked.
Responsible for all non-conforming sub-contractors
RAMS
Providing clear direction to the construction teams regarding responsibilities and targets
Ensuring projects are completed are completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates
Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure
Training and support of production teams
Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others
Monitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to subcontractors
Ensuring customer service remains of the highest priority at all times with everyone on siteQualifications,
HA/Affordable housing experience
Previously a SSM/SM whilst working on large scale projects
Proven experience of managing a full site team
