What you’ll be doing:
Your role will be integral to the Repairs, Maintenance and Investment (RMI) Client Team, liaising closely with both our service partner and our residents, providing practical support through data management and consistent verbal and written communication.
As a member of the Client Team, your role will involve complaints and casework handling, whilst providing administrative support to the wider team. Your experience in a business environment will be key to help you fulfil this role, along with demonstrable verbal and written communication skills.

Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached. The payment of annual increments is not automatic and is subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by your Director.
