At PAM UK, we are looking for a Communications to join our People and Culture team. The role will be responsible for shaping and implementing our internal communications strategy, focussing on employee engagement through impactful communications. You'll be producing high level communications in multiple medias including; social media, videos and newsletters. We're also looking for someone to come in with fresh, new and exciting ideas of implementing new ways of communication, assisting with our talent attraction, engagement and retention. We are looking for candidates with a proven track-record in developing and executing internal communication strategies, as well as the ability to craft compelling narratives. Experience within employee engagement would also be advantageous. There will be a requirement to create and deliver communications to a broad ranging audience, across different role and location types including but not limited to; desk-based computer users, plant operatives, and remote based teams. Your role will be key to supporting the People Experience Manager to deliver on our overall People Strategy, focussing on employee engagement and experience. There is the option to work from home part of the week, however the role will require a significant presence at our office (NG8 6PX), and from time to time you'll be required to attend our sites in Holwell and Ilkeston as well as supporting Hambaker Pipelines in Manchester.
