Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised Retail and Commercial Support Officer to provide essential administrative and PA support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calls, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Assist with business projects, reports, and data management.
* Support supplier contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
* Organise commercial meetings and retail events.
* Act as the main contact for retail and commercial teams.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a PA or admin role.
* Strong MS Office skills (D365 knowledge is a plus).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to travel as needed.
