BEMS Installation Engineer - West London
We are looking for an experienced BEMS Division Manager who will be responsible for all operations within the BEMS division, including Service, Projects and Sales. You will be building a specialist and highly capable delivery team, sourcing and developing the best talent available within the industry and providing our clients with the best possible levels of technical delivery and customer experience.
Basic Salary – £70,000 - £85,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
* Line Manager for:Contract Manager, Project Manager, Service Manager and Technical Manager.
* Actively supporting new business opportunities and networking with new and existing contacts
* Working with your team members and the central bid support team to deliver bid proposals and tenders for new and existing clients, including verifying contractual risk, terms and commercials.
* Working with your contract manager to assist with contract mobilisation when required.
* Working with your service manager to building a diverse and strong service base with a range of manufacturers, clients and industries.
* Responsible to ensure that all members of your division adhere to all elements of our SHEQ policies and procedures.
* Mentoring your management team directly and working closely with them to assist with developing the senior members of their engineering teams.
* Supporting your managers with client relations, contract negotiations and disputes.
* Predicting future resource requirements and working with HR and L+D team to ensure suitable long-term recruitment, apprenticeships and development plans are in place.
* Working with your project manager and technical manager to ensure that all installation works and projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.
* Stepping in to support and provide cover for your management team during leave.
* Managing the Profit and Loss within your division and working to meet or exceed your budgeted revenue and GP figures.
* Attending monthly board meetings to report on the performance of the BEMS division and to work with the other division managers and directors to help shape the focus and future for the entire business.
* Working with our accreditation bodies, manufacturers and regulatory bodies to understand any changes in the industry and ensure that we remain current and competitive within the industry.
Requirements
Ideally you will have experience of managing a strong team of at least 10 members, including managers, support staff and engineers.
This position requires proactive field-based customer-facing activity and time at the office to build a strong support team. So you will need to be prepared to travel to the main office in Frimley and sites in and around West London.
Ideally you will have a strong, long-standing experience with Trend Control Products, with working experience on the current product range and IQ4 series devices. AX and N4 Tridium Experience would be an advantage.

* Solid experience of TREND hardware, networks and or Tridium control platforms.

* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to support and provide guidance as a mentor to junior staff members and apprentices.
