We are hiring for a Part-Time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting stores based in Swindon. You will be working directly with an established team to help create the best customer shopping experience possible.
The primary function of a Supervisor is to oversee Retail staff’s work in the Store environment. You will be in charge of monitoring employee activity, solving problems at a day-to-day level, and assisting customers when needed.
Your tasks will vary daily, including supporting the Store Manager to ensure the team maximizes sales, maintains a service-first mentality, adheres to best practices as per company expectations, and ensures an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

About you:
* The successful candidate must have a passion for Fashion Retail and our company ethos
* You will have ideally worked previously in Fashion Retail
* Experience in managing and motivating a team of Sales Assistants
