The Sales Support will assist the Sales Team with gaining appointments with Architects and Contractors so their products can be properly introduced to prestigous projects throughout the UK Construction Market. Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting the sales team through a variety of digital and traditional marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for driving business growth in a competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Design, Develop, and Deliver an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals. Content Creation: Work closely with external marketing agencies to develop and produce engaging content for platforms like websites, social media, email campaigns, and brochures. Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media management, to ensure high performance and consistent delivery. Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation strategies that support the sales team and enhance the sales pipeline. Brand Management: Ensure consistent design and communication of brand messaging across all channels. Event Management: Organize and manage company events, trade shows, and exhibitions, ensuring a professional and effective delivery. Collaboration: Work with the sales team to align marketing activities with business development goals, supporting delivery of successful lead nurturing and conversion. Agency and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and other third-party providers to ensure smooth delivery of marketing materials. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations to continually improve performance. Training/Skills Required for the Role: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the construction or building materials industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing). Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Data-driven decision-making with excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in software such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot. Qualifications/Experience: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and office software (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Suite). Strong attention to detail and ability to develop creative, impactful campaigns
