A position has arisen within our Credit and Collections Team for a Junior Admin Assistant. The role is a permanent, full-time position and would be ideal for anyone looking to gain an entry into working in an office environment as part of a busy Accounts Receivable Team. Experience is not essential as full training and guidance will be provided. What is essential is a strong work ethic, a disciplined mind, self-belief and a pride in doing the job to the best of your ability Main duties / key responsibilities: Ensure the correct completion, reconciliation, and compliance of portal /admin functions for all Systems across a large customer base. Support Admin to assist the Senior Account Admin with strategic accounts and managing all admin functions all customer portals to ensure smooth delivery of invoice and maintaining the ledger for all key accounts. Maintaining BI dashboard and all database systems.
