Responsibilities: Booking appointments and sending patient letters. This requires use of outlook and client medical system (DMICP). Knowledge of this is preferred but not essential as a worker can easily go through it. Monitoring podiatry insoles in and out. This requires the use of spreadsheets, DMICP and outlook. Sending nonattendance letters to patients. This requires the use of spreadsheets, DMICP and outlook. Organising patient attendance on courses. This requires the use of spreadsheets, DMICP and outlook to send joining instructions and book appointments. Answering telephones to respond to queries about appointments. This requires the use of DMICP to review an appointment and rearrange it as required. Book MRI scans for patients. This requires the use of DMICP and outlook. Maintain the appointment data capture system. This involves using a computer program to input data. It is simple to use once taught and is similar to excel.Requirements: Strong administrative skills with experience in office management. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills to develop successful relationships with others.Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a healthcare or defence environment. Familiarity with electronic procurement and financial documentation processes.Pay Rate: £14.19/ hr Schedule: 26 hrs/week 6 hours shift: Mon/Tue/Thu (8:00 - 14:30) 4 Hours shift Wed/Fr (8:00- 12:00) Half an hour unpaid lunch break Duration: 3 months, extension possibility based on your performance Location: Baker Barracks, Thorney Island, Portsmouth, PO10 8DH The successful candidate will be subject to a 3-year activity check and a basic DBS.
