Are you someone who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their best outcomes? We are currently seeking a highly experienced professional to join our expanding Trust. Due to a significant growth in student numbers across both Richard Taunton and St Vincent College sites, we are excited to announce this new role within our team.
This position involves leading and developing provision for personal tutoring and supporting students, ensuring the highest standards of support and customer service across both sites. We require a dynamic candidate who excels in adaptability, proficiency, and innovation—someone who thrives in an active, ever-evolving environment where adaptability is key.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
2. Leadership skills to guide a team of Progress and Support Tutors and Student Inclusion Officers
3. Proven experience in managing student progress and engagement initiatives
4. Experience of leading Tutorial/PSHE delivery or other related pastoral activities
5. An energetic and proactive approach with extraordinary organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
6. Previous experience of working with young people is required
Additionally, it would be advantageous if candidates have:
1. Advanced qualifications in education or a related field
2. Competence in using digital tools and software for educational purposes
3. Previous teaching experience
