We’re currently recruiting for a well-established legal team in central Bradford, seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their residential property department.
In this role, you’ll work closely with a Conveyancer, supporting a busy caseload from instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with all aspects of residential conveyancing files
* Draft legal documents and issue sales contracts
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
* Conduct property searches and handle post-completion registrations
* Manage telephone enquiries and keep clients regularly updated
* Prepare bills, manage financial transactions, and maintain accurate file records
* Open and close client files in line with internal procedures
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of recent experience in residential conveyancing
* Solid understanding of the conveyancing process
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
