We are looking for a Project Manager with a proven track record within the food and beverage industry. If you have experience managing projects up to £5 million, enjoy the challenge of leading complex initiatives, and excel at driving project success with full financial accountability, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Project Leadership: Take charge of end-to-end project delivery, from initial quoting to commissioning and closure. Guide cross-functional teams to execute projects seamlessly, ensuring alignment with high standards.
* Financial Accountability: Manage project budgets, track costs, and optimise outcomes while maintaining profitability.
* Stakeholder & Customer Management: Be the central point of contact for stakeholders and customers, ensuring clear, consistent communication and effective reporting to steering committees.
* Scheduling & Monitoring: Develop and maintain project schedules, keeping milestones on track and resources effectively allocated.
* Site & Safety Oversight: Oversee on-site activities via a site manager, upholding the highest safety and health standards.
* Risk & Change Management: Proactively manage risks, adapt to project changes, and handle claims and change orders to meet scope, schedule, and cost goals.
* Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a high-performing team of project engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
Your Skills & Experience:
* Technical Expertise: 5–10 years managing technical projects in liquid processing, food, and beverage, or a similar industry.
* Commercial Acumen: Experienced in legal, contractual, and financial aspects of project management.
* Leadership Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire diverse, multinational teams.
* Certified Project Management: PMI or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
