SENIOR MANAGER FP&A, EUROPE
LOCATION: Hybrid role on site in Glenrothes 60% of time.
WORKING HOURS: 40hrs, Monday - Friday
Duties and Responsibilities
This role is a fast-paced, hands-on role as a key business partner to business leaders, driving performance and providing key financial planning and analysis information to support decision making.
Functions
* Delivery of high quality, value-add business partner support to Flexcon Europe business leaders
* Lead the development of precise annual budget and rolling financial forecasts for the business.
* Customer and product margin analysis vs maximum factory capacity utilisation
* Financial planning and modelling sensitivity, contingency and scenarios
* Standard cost modelling and variance analysis
* Proactive management of business risks and opportunities
* Engaged in the strategic projects to drive business growth
* Driving Continuous Improvement in FP&A by identifying and implementing best practices, process enhancements and system solutions
* Support team needs and coordinate cross-functional efforts as needed to ensure efficient business processes are in place
* Investment business case and financial management
* Key Performance Indicator Management
* ERP implementation support
* Close liaison with Global functions
* Adhoc projects as required
* Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned.
Competencies and Skills
* Qualified Accountant
* Commercial accounting experience
* Enjoys working within the business as a strong value add partner
* Able to communicate and influence business decision making
* Strong analytical, influencing and problem-solving skills
* Proactive nature
* Strong reporting and presenter of key value add information
