Business Development Manager - Fully Remote - up to £60,000 + Commission + Benefits - Ref 1788
I am currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join a client of mine working on a fully remote basis. Salary up to £60,000 + Commission + Benefits.
This company is a leader in the Timber Frame, Truss and Joist sector dealing with developers and contractors and has been in operation for over 20 years. They operate throughout the UK and have set high standards within the construction industry for many years.
To cope with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans, they need to recruit for a Business Development Manager on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's growth and revenue targets.
2. Bring in new business to the company.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Essential Requirements:
1. At least 1 year's experience as a Business Development Manager or similar.
2. Experience within Truss, Joist or Timber Frames.
