* Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across Project Management, Change Management, Business Analysis, and PMO functions.
* Act as an escalation point, offering clear leadership and guidance under pressure to resolve challenges.
* Undertake effective resource planning and budget management to support successful project delivery.
* Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, and senior leadership, to enhance project success.
* Drive the continuous improvement of project and change management processes, setting best practices and governance standards for the team.
Essential Requirements:

* Empathetic and supportive leadership style, fostering collaboration, providing constructive feedback, and building high-performing teams.
* Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery, diving into the detail when needed.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership, including C-suite executives.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts, inspire teams, and drive alignment towards strategic goals.
* Resilient, adaptable, and highly organised, with excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
