The Business Operations Team: The Digital, Data & Infrastructure (DD&I) Service Delivery Unit (SDU) plays a vital role in enabling and protecting our employees, customers, and business through the delivery of Digital Technology & Architecture, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure & Facilities services. Within DD&I, the Portfolio & Strategic Integration (PSI) team provides essential support to ensure both current and future business requirements are met efficiently and effectively. As part of the Business Operations team, you will contribute to the smooth running of DD&I workstreams by providing business operations and administrative support. This includes structuring robust governance processes, managing stakeholders, enhancing communication, and driving proactive collaboration.
