WPA are looking to expand its Personnel Services Team (PST) with a Personnel Co-ordinator who can deliver outstanding support across all areas of the team. Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your contributions are highly valued? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
As a key member of the PST, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding support across all areas and providing greater resilience for the whole team.
The role provides support to the PST, which is a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the co-ordination and assist with the delivery of our new starter induction programme. You will thrive when delivering Personnel training sessions as part of our induction programme.
You will be joining a hardworking, close and supportive team and we seek someone with likeminded attributes, where passion and enthusiasm are key. It goes without saying you will be highly organised and an expert when it comes to prioritising your workload and multi-tasking.

This is a full time role of 37 hours per week based full time in our office in Taunton.
