I am looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our well-established client in the Harrogate area. This is a 6-month FTC opportunity. You must have HR Manager experience and be able to commute to Harrogate for part of the week. The role is full-time (35 hours a week) but part-time hours would be considered. A flavour of the role: Line manage the wider HR team Empower managers across the organisation to lead, coach and inspire employee performance Support with complex employee relations cases (attend meetings etc.) Develop and deliver the Management Development Programme alongside the People Director Lead on wellness initiatives and communications Work with the People Director on the creation and implementation of the HR strategy (e.g. create the plan for the next 12 months) Review, develop and create HR policies and procedures Analyse and report on MI data to inform decision-making Update HR database with all relevant information including updates on case management Promote and identify employee benefits to managers and employees Various other responsibilities About you: Must have previous experience managing a HR team Level 5 CIPD qualified or diploma (or equivalent) Significant experience of providing professional HR support to managers Up-to-date knowledge of current HR best practices and employment law Ideally, you will have a good understanding of HR systems/databases Have an understanding of equality and diversity best practices A keen eye for detail - ensuring all tasks are completed accurately Package: 6-month FTC, full-time (35 hours a week) but part-time hours would be considered c£38,000 per annum Hybrid working, 1-2 days from home a week 35 days holiday, including bank holidays (would be prorated down accordingly) Other benefits For more information please contact Kerri at kerrieyzon.co.uk quoting reference PR/010304
