Job Description Our established Global People Services and Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Our aim will be to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, and to maximize our technology. Collaborating within our dynamic People Services and Operations team and engaging with the broader HR functions, this role will involve adeptly assisting the business and our employees by ensuring the prompt and accurate execution of first-line transactional People tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass delivering first-line query support and top-tier people service to both employees and managers throughout the entire project life cycle. This involves offering supporting the Organisation Change Team with the administration of both Group wide and HR projects. What you will do Execute project correspondence and deliver on all administrative tasks Managing multiple inboxes for relevant projects and ensuring timely responses. Ensure a high level of confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of work and ensure that ServiceNow accurately reflects the contact, and the advice provided. Assist and perform Service Rehearsal Testing (SRT) and HRIS User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, when needed. Utilize the HR case management system for efficient tracking and resolution of people-related matters. Deliver work within service-level requirements such as resolution time, productivity, and quality. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records to ensure compliance and transparency. Promote self-help tools to the business and coach employees to use these tools effectively to improve our service. Actively participate in identifying opportunities for process improvement within the People Services and Operations team. Ensure strict adherence to People policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Stay informed about updates in HR regulations and best practices. Qualifications Knowledge: You need to have functional knowledge of HR projects i.e. Transformations, Offboarding etc You need to have functional knowledge of HR employee lifecycle You need to have experience in customer experience Experience: You need to have completed a college or university degree or have equivalent work experience. You need to have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a HR Operations/HR Shared Services, or Customer Service/Service Delivery role, dealing with simple to complex projects queries, providing resolution within service level expectations. Your experience of workflow and case management systems is an advantage. You need to have experience in implementing simple to moderate continuous improvement initiatives.
