Revenue Assurance Administrator – 37.5 hours per week – Hybrid Option Available
Location: Borehamwood - must live locally - 3 days on site
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 pa
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Assurance Administrator to join our team. This role will involve supporting our services by ensuring the accurate capture of billing information. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team with the opportunity to work from home on some days.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and verify site invoice submissions.
* Resolve and escalate queries from the central mailbox.
* Communicate with sites to gather additional billing information as needed.
* Report on team performance and statistics.
* Organise meetings and training calls for team members.
* Advise sites on chargeability in line with corporate and funder guidelines.
* Support Revenue Assurance Officers with additional tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including creating spreadsheets, charts, and using financial functions.
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and confidentiality.
