Salary range £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience & qualifications)
8 Weeks Annual Leave entitlement!
Full Time Position (Hours: 7:30-9am & 3-6pm, Monday toFriday on-site at school venue with home and office working between thesehours. Hours during holiday club periods: 8am-6pm Monday to Friday)

As the Senior ChildcareManager of one of their flagship venues,you will take full ownership and responsibility for the delivery and performance of their Wraparound Hub, ensuring the highest standards for their Breakfast, After School and Holiday Club. You will get stuck in to all of the day-to-day aspects of running the clubs,which will include (amongst other things) delivering Outstanding levels of childcare, leadership,training and onboarding, scheduling and rota management, people management, growth, customer complaints, schoolrelationships and be the'face' of their brand in the community.
The successful candidate willthrive on leading and inspiring a team and demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding practise and lead by example tocreate a nurturing, safe and welcoming environment for children. You willuse your expertise in Child Management and Operational Skills to provide a seamless running across all aspects of the role, going above and beyond in all that you do. You will workclosely with their Training and Development Manager and wider HR Team withinthis role, creating an environment where all colleagues feel supported, valuedand motivated to become Outstanding within their role.

As a SeniorChildcare Manager, you will ideally bring:
* At least 2-3 years management experience in a Teaching, Childcare, Early Years or Playwork setting
* Minimum Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork (or equivalent) or a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Experience of management and training and developing others
* Experience in a busy, ever-changing environment where no day is the same
* Strong communication skills and be comfortable managing a team of staff
* A forward-thinking, proactive individual who can 'own' their work and solve both present and future problems
* Proven ability to manage change and growth and be adaptable
* An interest and passion for childcare and child development
