Own mode of transport is required due to location.
Responsibilities:
1. Taking orders via phone or email, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
2. Creating courier labels to facilitate smooth delivery to customers
3. Handling invoicing and credit notes for goods and services
4. Acting as the face of the company, addressing customer inquiries, queries, and complaints in a caring and professional manner
5. Collaborating with the Technical Department to address repair and technical issues raised by customers
6. Inputting orders into the Sage System
Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
3. Proven experience in providing high-quality customer service
4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software
