Quality Controller New Milton
Our client based in New Milton has an immediate requirement for an experienced Quality Controller to support their small but busy team.
You will be required to provide a second level of finished product quality control check over and above that of the production supervisors as well as the initial goods in QC. Your day-to-day duties will be a mixture but will include the following:
1. Intake quality assessments on hardware.
2. Intake quality assessment on plants.
3. General administrative tasks such as entering information into company and third-party systems.
4. Quality assessments of product packed on site.
5. Maintaining shelf-life trials.
Candidates must have previous quality control experience, a strong eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workload, must have good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will also need good analytical and numeracy skills.
This is a temporary position with an immediate start available, the role is to cover a period of leave and could be from 2 weeks to 3 months in length. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 07:30 am till 16:15 pm (39 hours) and the pay rate will be commensurate with experience from £12.00 to £14.00 per hour.
