Company pension Opportunities for growth and development in a secure and established global firm About The Role The Customer Marketing Executive is a key support function which tracks and managers all promotional spend and trade investment in line with the annual budget. As the Customer Marketing Executive, you will ensure the appropriate systems, protocols and best practice are in place for the smooth and effective management of trade spend and investment, in line with Refresco UK and customer’s requirement. As a Customer Marketing Executive here are your key areas of focus: You will be reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager and you will take responsibility for the effective management and delivery of the annual Trade Marketing budget for your designated Refresco UK brands portfolio. In conjunction with the Sales Team, you will contribute to market intelligence and be accountable for the overall accuracy of the ongoing sales / demand forecast for your brand(s), ensuring that any variances to the forecast are investigated, understood and be accountable for subsequence forecast adjustments. You will assist with the annual budget planning: volumes and promotional spends You will review and propose trade activity to support brand plans and campaigns and for initiating the sign off process. Create cohesive reports for your brand portfolio to assess epos sales, category performance and marketing data. You will use this information to provide insights, ideas and solutions to the wider marketing and commercial team. To ensure all budgets are met or exceed within the required timescales, taking remedial action quickly to ensure budgets are delivered. Analysis of Category Market data and interpretation to support development and maintenance of the brand portfolio You will provide integral support to all members of the Sales and Marketing teams as well as providing support to other internal functions. About you The ideal candidate will possess experience in a Sales or Marketing role within a manufacturing or FMCG setting, with a preference for expertise in own-label and branded products. This individual should demonstrate a confident personality and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key to this role is your willingness to travel to exhibitions and events.
