We are looking for a Support Secretary to join the Administration Team within the Plastic Surgery Secretarial Department at Castle Hill Hospital .
As an Administrator, you will support the administration team to manage the end to end clinical administrative processes associated to the patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, in order to deliver a high quality administration service, for our patients and customers .
The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability and the ability to prioritise competing workloads. As an Administrator you will be involved in the end to end patient pathway providing administrative support to our your line managers within Administration and the wider organisation.

Our Administrators play a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway and supporting the wider team. Our roles are varied and challenging and your day to day duties may include;
• Management of referrals
• The typing of clinic letters
• Validating and tracking our patients during their pathway through the service to ensure a great and seamless patient experience
• Supporting the secretarial team and the wider patient admin team as required
With a starting salary of £23,615 per annum with a generous NHS pension scheme and a fantastic annual leave package (27 days annual leave plus bank holidays) and offer excellent opportunities to progress within clinical administration.
