To work with the supervisor on duty to manage and motivate employees through good communication, teamwork and development. In the absence of the supervisor if they are preforming other duties, the Senior Team Member will take charge of the shift to support. To assist with the management team to deliver and exceed all targets and expectations. To ensure that the standards of service in all areas meet the required levels. Dealing with all aspects of customer service. Assisting in bar, counter and kitchen if/when required. To ensure that all FOH, customer areas and equipment are maintained in a clean and tidy manner. To ensure minimum wastage. When/If required the Senior Team Member may be asked to run a full shift without the support of the supervisor. The Person: Attention to detail in all aspects of the work. Leads by example and lives our values. Enthusiastic and passionate about our customer service and reputation. Self-motivated, working independently and on own initiative. Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude. Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
