10. Previous retail industry/customer services experience
11. A desire to understand your client’s skin and make up goals to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines.
12. A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
13. An approachable and friendly personality
14. Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs to best cater to them
