They will collaborate with engineering, service, textile, and logistics teams to enhance site effectiveness, ensuring compliance with legal Health & Safety and GDPR requirements. Your Mission at Elis Key Responsibilities: Implement Elis Production Essentials. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies. Manage customer deliveries, controlling cost and quality. Organise plant management structure according to capacity and budget. Drive continuous improvement and implement projects. Forecast volumes and resource needs, manage budgets, and resolve variances. Act as GM in their absence. Develop strategic plans for operational activities and capital requests. Lead, manage, and develop all employees. Foster a "One Team" culture by resolving departmental issues promptly. Report performance with recommendations for improvements. Contribute to environmental impact reduction (e.g., energy usage). What will make you stand out? Knowledge and Skills: Essential: Proficient in IT (email, MS Office, Project, Excel, PowerPoint). Effective communicator with direct people management experience. Ability to listen, influence, and build effective teams. Experience in leading, motivating, and recruiting high-performance teams. Proactive, customer-focused approach. Strong problem-solving skills. Education/Experience: Proven experience in production, supply chain, or service management. Degree-level education or equivalent, or a track record in lean manufacturing/process industry. NEBOSH certificate or country equivalent qualification desired. Experience in implementing continuous improvement programmes.
