The role
As an experienced Graphic Designer, you will join our Regional Strategic Sales and Marketing team based in Wallingford, reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager EUAF. Your responsibilities include developing visually compelling multimedia design materials, such as presentations, proposals, digital brochures, flyers, infographics, motion graphics, and videos, in line with corporate identity and Fugro’s brand guidelines.
You will collaborate with regional marketing and commercial teams to understand their design needs, producing high-quality static and motion graphic content that effectively communicates the company's message to B2B clients. Staying updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies is essential to bring innovative ideas. Knowledge of UX/UI principles for creating user-friendly digital designs is also desirable.
Who we’re looking for
The ideal candidate has a proven successful record of innovative graphic design development, preferably in a B2B setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including graphics for presentations and proposals. A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred. Creativity, excellent understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory, along with experience in motion graphics and animation, are required. Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts, ability to manage multiple projects, and a high standard of quality are essential. A passion for graphic design and high standards in work quality are crucial for success in this role.
