We are seeking a proactive Junior Office Manager/PA to join our growing team in Manchester. This role supports the Senior Executive Assistant/Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations, assist the management team, and foster a productive workplace culture. You’ll take on varied administrative and operational responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management and PA Duties:
* Serve as the first point of contact for office-related matters.
* Manage meeting room bookings and maintain relationships with service providers.
* Handle equipment orders, employee hardware setups, and stationery supplies.
* Oversee general office duties, cleanliness, and organization.
* Format documents and presentations, manage travel bookings, and support team events.
* Assist with fire safety compliance and office maintenance.
* Provide general support to the management team, including minute-taking and expense coordination.
HR and Recruitment Administration:
* Assist with HR administrative tasks such as offer letters, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
* Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
* Maintain HR systems, run reports, and address payroll queries.
* Ensure data is handled in line with GDPR requirements.
Team Support:
* Contribute to company initiatives and assist in fostering a positive team culture aligned with business goals.
Experience and Skills Required:
* Strong administrative experience with exposure to PA and diary management duties.
* Familiarity with HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word formatting.
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
* Previous experience with HR systems (e.g., Hibob).
