Job Description
To deliver consistent high-quality administration support and Microsoft 365 support to the Sales & Marketing teams at Galderma UK. The role requires a highly organized individual, able to confidently consult with both internal and external key stakeholders on a range of projects and topics.
Key Responsibilities
* Support administration of Commercial Operations Management / Generalist plans and activities related to Sales Force onboarding framework across all BU's, support Sales Capability Champions and assist in assigning learning curriculum in Galderma's LMS (e.g., PATH) environment.
* Perform routine Commercial Operations Management / Generalist activities related to training programs for sales representatives, sales managers, and key account managers to inform them of new training methods, techniques of competitors, and pending introduction of new company products.
* Apply prescribed processes to support the Virtual and Instructor-led training (VILT/ILT) in multiple digital platforms.
* Coordinate operational support to all processes to prepare Sales Capability Champions/Sales Trainers/Head of Sales from the markets across different business units to be equipped to deliver and sustain sales capability programs across different sales roles.
* Assist in day-to-day Commercial Operations Management / Generalist activities and implement new technologies within the training environment and sales competency assessment.
Skills & Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.
* Must be competent in advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
* Able to manage multiple projects at any time.
* A solution-focused self-starter who will be able to proactively prioritize and take the initiative regarding various sales and marketing activities and initiatives as required.
* Passionate and driven self-starter who goes the extra mile, with a commitment and focus to succeed.
* Excellent presentation & communication skills.
