Operational Support Clerk’s support the Children’s Disability team including but not limited to Social Workers, Short Breaks, SEND team and Teaching Teams. Acting as a first point of call for families, you will have outstanding customer service skills and deliver an excellent service, responding to families’ requirements and requests providing the service professionally, efficiently and sensitively, whilst maintaining confidentiality. You will be highly organised and enjoy working as part of an experienced team. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, respectful and have good IT skills. Working in a challenging and busy environment, you will have the ability to be flexible and work independently within a supportive team environment. You will have excellent organisation and time management skills.
