The Account Manager role will play a pivotal part in nurturing and securing business opportunities with both UK and international accounts across grocery channels. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Oversee key relationships with retail buyers and commercial partners, ensuring smooth execution of proactive and collaborative joint business plans - Identify, manage, and implement profitable solutions to address commercial, operational, and seasonal challenges. -Execute the internal annual operating plan, driving sales, profitability, and operational targets in partnership with the customer. Develop strategic recommendations to support the overall trading and category vision. - Nurturing of Key Accounts, optimisation of these through strong negotiation and commercial capabilities Skills and Requirements: - Strong experience within Account Management and optimising Key Accounts, having a proven successful track record of deliverables - Successfully working with UK convenience retailers, managing accounts to a high standard and showing success with commercial growth - Experience with product management/development is favourable - An energetic, passionate individual who thrives on creating a memorable customer journey and nurturing key relationships
