The purpose of the Contracts Manager role is to provide a contracts management, legal advisory and procurement service within the site for engineering contracts.
In this role you will…
1. Contribute and manage all aspects of contracts management, contract set up and negotiation for capital projects, maintenance operations and site-based contracts.
2. Provide a service to support maintenance/facility operations by providing stakeholder management to ensure contracts are aligned to site requirements and in line with cost expectations.
3. Drive value and continuous improvement, in terms of quality, cost and supply, from suppliers to the Engineering function.
4. Carry out audits on service providers to ensure compliance with GSK standards and procedures.
5. Lead on the routine performance monitoring of Facilities Management contract, financial reporting and ensuring the service provision meets organisational requirements and aligns with the site contract documents.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
* A-Level or equivalent
* Experience in Contract Management and facility management
* Good written and communication skills
* Business acumen and understanding
* Ability to understand 3rd party business objectives
* Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (cGMP and QMS) environment
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* HNC or Degree Qualified specialising in Commercial or Engineering
