We are recruiting for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Uxbridge. For further information on the standards please see https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/ To start an apprenticeship with us, you need to: Be at least 16 years old Be willing to work Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm Be prepared to commit to your apprenticeship for 15 months Grade 4 or above in Maths and English or Functional Skills Level 2 You will: Work five days a week Be provided with a uniform, starter kit, health & wellbeing support, and an experienced mentor Complete on-line e-learning where applicable An apprenticeship Standard with one of our training providers will always include: A Level 3 qualification (assessed on the job) A technical certificate issued by a registered training provider upon completion Employee rights and responsibilities What you’ll do at work Greeting visitors Sorting incoming post and notifying clients when cars are available for collection Scanning and sending documents for clients General filing and administrative support Answering incoming calls for Komoo Uxbridge, forwarding calls and messages as required Managing stock levels and placing stationery orders when needed Updating online systems e.g Autoflow (full training given) What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and time management skills Comfortable with customer interactions, both in person and over the phone A professional and friendly demeanour Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Keen to learn and develop within the role This role offers full support and training from the General Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed and grow in the position.
