The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in data strategies, frameworks, governance, and business intelligence tools, with a proven track record of leveraging data to solve complex problems and provide actionable insights. In this role, you will design and implement data-driven solutions, manage data governance strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business intelligence capabilities. You will work with large datasets, develop predictive models, and utilize advanced analytics techniques to support organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement data strategies and frameworks to support business intelligence and decision-making. Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract insights from large datasets. Work with cross-functional teams to identify key data needs and translate business requirements into actionable data solutions. Ensure data governance standards are applied across the organization to maintain data quality, integrity, and security. Utilize a variety of business intelligence tools to analyze complex datasets and present insights in clear, actionable formats. Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and relationships that inform business strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure proper integration of data sources for analysis. Develop and automate data pipelines for efficient data processing and reporting. Stay up-to-date with emerging data science trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve analytical capabilities. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists and team members. Required Qualifications: Education: Master's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline. Experience: At least seven (7) years of experience with data strategies, frameworks, governance, and business intelligence tools. Clearance: Active Secret clearance required. Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in data science tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.). Strong experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Proven ability to develop and implement data governance policies and practices. Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based data platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
