Finance Assistant

Responsibilities
1. Conduct daily bank reconciliations
2. Manage purchase ledger and credit card functions
3. Assist in preparing monthly management accounts
4. Generate staffing and occupancy reports
5. Develop and review policies and procedures
6. Represent the company professionally in external dealings
7. Propose solutions for business control and development
8. Continuously seek process improvements
9. Fulfil ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
1. Experience in a similar role preferred
2. Working knowledge of accounting and Excel
3. Experience with Sage Line 50 desirable
4. Enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
6. Full-time, office-based role in Manvers, WATH-UPON-DEARNE
