Boutique Manager for Luxury Piercing Parlour
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

So what will you be doing?
We’re looking for a Boutique Manager to join our jewellery boutique and luxury piercing parlour located in Edinburgh’s city centre.
You’ll be in charge of junior team members and will be the force that drives everyone to provide customers with the best customer experience they’ve ever had.
As a small but very fast growing business with huge ambition, an ability to be flexible, roll up your sleeves and get involved is one of the most important things we’re looking for.
Who we’re looking for
We’re a very busy piercing parlour and boutique and we need someone with bags of retail experience to take the helm and steer junior team members. A natural leader who the rest of the team can come to for support and guidance.
We’ve gained a reputation for 5 star customer service and this will be a passion of yours.
Previous retail experience in a management role is essential.
We can teach you everything you need to know about our brand and the experiences we offer but we can’t teach the passion – that will come from you.
Skills & Qualifications
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Proven ability to meet sales targets.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Competency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and booking management software.
-Experience in visual merchandising is a plus.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including customer experience, inventory management, and store maintenance.
• Overseeing booking system for piercing appointments.
· Create weekly reports on sales and product performance.
• Achieve store sales targets and financial objectives.
• Oversee staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee staff payroll and report to Finance Director.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure that displays are up to date and attractive.
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other members of our community.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations around piercing consent.

HOURS:
35 a week across Tuesday to Saturday.
