Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Affinia

Purpose of the Role:
Affinia is recruiting for a Bookkeeper to come and join the Accounts department in our Harlow office. The role will involve a full bookkeeping experience for the client.
Accountabilities:
With support, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of clients, assisting with:
1. Month end process
2. Monthly reports including revenue and monthly turnover
3. Credit card receipts
4. Supporting accountants with yearend, by providing accurate trial balance and reports
5. VAT Returns and CIS returns and ONS Surveys
6. Data entry by means of purchase/sales invoice and bank data entry.
Skills / Qualifications:
1. Preferably AAT qualified but qualified by experience considered
2. Strong IT/Microsoft abilities
3. A professional approach with the ability to communicate with clients both via email, phone and face to face
4. Experience in Xero/Sage and QuickBooks
5. Ability to work towards deadlines
6. Understanding of VAT and CIS
7. Strong attention to detail skills.
