* The main responsibilities of this role are administration based, inputting orders and booking stock on the in-house systems.
* Email and phone correspondence with suppliers.
* Expediting orders in process.
* Completing NCR's - No conformance reporting - investigating complaints, root cause analysis and providing feedback.
* Completing manual handling of goods-in and goods-out stock from pallets and unloading deliveries from pallets, completing necessary documentation.
* Enter stores area and organise stock from deliveries.
* Administration experience/background or Stores/Warehouse background suitable for this role.
* Essential to have competent IT Literacy skills - able to show professional email correspondence and complete data entry.
* The role can be demanding at times with the workload; good organisation and time management skills are required.
