Job Opportunity: Creative/Artistic Youth Worker
Protocol Education is recruiting for a thriving SEND school in Harlow, seeking a candidate with a strong Creative/Arts background.
The school adopts a holistic approach, incorporating sensory and therapy strategies to create an individualized curriculum within a calm, purposeful environment. The children have complex needs, including ASD, behavioral difficulties, SEMH needs, and other individual requirements. All students have an EHCP, shared upon engagement, to ensure consistency and support their goals.
Responsibilities include working 1:1 with pupils and supporting classroom activities. Candidates should be adaptable, proactive, and positive. Your creative background in arts, sensory, therapy, or drama will enable you to support SEND pupils effectively, engaging them and fostering confidence through meaningful and supportive learning experiences.
