Our public sector client based in Newcastle is looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join their team as soon as possible The role will be temporary for an initial period of 3 months, but does have the potential to be extended depending on the needs of the business. The hours of work will be full time 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £13.26 per hour. Supporting a team of Business Support Officers, your duties will include: Reception cover Meeting and greeting visitors Liaising with clients regarding deliveries Answering the telephone and directing calls to clients Other daily office administration/business support tasks as required In order to be considered for this role you should have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of Microsoft applications and good keyboard skills with previous administration/reception experience.
