Role Details: As an Education Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their learning and personal development. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, encouraging academic progress and personal growth. Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with teaching staff to implement individual learning plans tailored to students’ needs. Support students with additional needs to ensure they can access education effectively. Encourage engagement in school activities and help build students' confidence. Requirements: Previous experience in an education or support role is desirable but not essential. A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting young people.
