Who Does This Role Report Into? Guest Experience Manager
Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
The Guest Experience Host functions as the front line for MAPP assisting in all aspects of
service delivery, supporting the Senior Management team.
You will be directly responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of
management, maintenance and service are being maintained whilst having due regard to
expenditure and current legislation

* Liaise with site management team and contractors in respect to PPM works, ensuring that all all issues are dealt with promptly
* Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with MAPP policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework
* A good awareness of health and safety legislation

Experience and Salary
Level of Experience / Certifications:
* 2 years experience of working in a similar role
* Knowledge of Microsoft office and Outlook
Working Hours: Either 7am - 3.30pm or 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Salary Range (Based on Experience)
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
