Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join the team on our Kent County Council project based in West Malling, Kent.
The purpose of the role will be to ensure all PPMS are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Improving operational management systems, processes, and innovative new ways of working. And help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant, supply chain management, workflow, and in house staffing.
What you'll do:
* Schedules meetings, committees (including chairing), task forces, and/or other related groups to communicate information accurately to team and peers
* Maintain and oversee robust and comprehensive record keeping system including an efficient filing system of management documentation
* Manage and review all ppm tasks in line with contract requirements to ensure KPIs are kept below agreed threshold
* To ensure monthly report is completed in agreed time and any KPI failures have followed the correct KPI deduction relief where applicable communicate to the Operations Managers on any failures
* Identify, assess and monitor regulatory reporting risks and requirements applicable to the business, assisting with planning and implementing any necessary policy / process changes as these evolve
* Communicate accordingly with Supply chain ensuring planned maintenance requirements are scheduled and completed prior to due date
* Audit documentation to be filed and ready for review, ensure all fleet keys are secure and documented for file.
We’re looking for:
* Proven work experience as Supervisor or similar role. Knowledge of Compliance and analysing data
* Thorough use and knowledge of Office 360 and BIM
* Excellent communication skills
* Leadership ability and organisational skills.
* A confident, reliable, and well-presented individual with a strong work ethic
* Facilities management or similar qualifications.
* Problem-solving skills. Good data analysis, planning and organisational skills
* IOSH 3 day or NEBOSH accredited
* Extensive knowledge of Concept CAFM and Superuser responsibilities
