Graduate Mechanical Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive M&E surveys, managing the end-of-life cycle of mechanical and electrical systems, and providing detailed reports and cost analyses for system replacements and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct M&E surveys to assess the condition of mechanical and electrical systems within buildings and infrastructure.
* Manage the end-of-life cycle of key systems, including boilers, fire alarms, and lighting.
* Provide detailed analysis and recommendations on system replacements and repairs, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
* Prepare and present comprehensive reports using Microsoft Word, detailing findings and recommendations.
* Develop and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) plans in Excel, forecasting costs for system replacements and upgrades.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
* Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Support the development of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions in line with client and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Strong background in M&E engineering with experience in conducting surveys and condition assessments.
* Proficiency in report writing, with excellent attention to detail and clarity in presenting technical information.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Word for report preparation and Excel for CapEx planning and cost analysis.
* Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including boilers, fire alarms, and lighting.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
