A bit about the ‘Department’: An innovative department helping to bring creative products and services to life.
Support the CEO to develop the KINTO UK innovation strategy, including the associated products and services to create new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Collaborate with OneToyota and KINTO Europe, whilst also considering the UK market and competitor landscape with use of market research to enhance our existing portfolio of products and services and to create new, as clients’ needs evolve.
Including Innovations across all vehicle types and customer channels e.g. Multi-Brand and KINTO One. To ensure innovation is companywide, touching all customer types, channels to market and vehicle types. Such as Multi-brand, KINTO One and Commercial Vehicles.
Manage the KINTO Innovation Team to implement the strategies and products, with a focus on how the services can support our core and traditional businesses, giving consideration to current and future customer needs as well as their commercial viability. Use your knowledge and understanding to support the Bid Manager to write tenders.
Supporting internal and external stakeholders, co-ordinating the expertise in the KINTO Innovation Team to ensure the design and delivery of Technology/data platform solutions to meet customer, business, and commercial requirements.
Develop relationships with the Toyota & Lexus networks and other partners relating to business viability and operational processes.
An active member on the KINTO UK Operational Leadership Committee.
